New furniture arrives - and boys pose a lot

My 'to do' list is now officially getting out of hand! I had literally just finished the photo-shoot for the new Kudos darkwood furniture which arrived last week, when the new 'painted furniture range' (which arrived yesterday after being released from customs - with thanks to our lovely Shipping Agent - Chris!) was unpacked and waiting to be photographed.

Look! above is the darkwood furniture.... and if you zoom out from this photo.......

You can quite clearly see that there is a queue of furniture waiting to be photographed! AAAH! As a rule of thumb, it can take up to a whole day to generate a decent set of edited photographs for a single piece of furniture. Then Phil decided to break the news that in fact ANOTHER container has also arrived yesterday (i.e, 3 containers in two days) with a new darkwood 'bathroom range' on it. Blimey, that is a lot of new furniture that I have to photograph.

So there is only one course of action! Pretend that it isn't happening, and go and take random photographs of people.

First up was Phil, and he was right in the middle of a customer call (hence he actually looks quite serious in this photograph).

Hang on he won't be able to resist......... give him 3 minutes and .......... yep! I knew he would have to squeeze a 'Zoolander look' in!

Then I walked out into the other office and shouted POSE!!!!

Juan spun round and instantly gave me a 'Staines Massive' with no preparation whatsoever. He's one cool scamp that Juan. Following all the excitement of the posing, I was just heading half-heartedly back to the photostudio, when I heard a horn in the car-park outside. Would you believe it? Another guy posing for a photograph! This time it was Mike/Fred blowing kisses at me.

Actually, just behind Mike/Fred's truck, you can see the new warehouses that are being built next to ours (they are behind that pile of gravel). The construction company only started putting that white steel structure up on Monday - how quick is that? (it is actually a LOT bigger in real life than it looks in the picture).

After waving Mike/Fred off, I decided that I couldn't put off the photography any longer. So I cleared the darkwood furniture out of the studio and got the lighting rigged up for the white painted furniture. By home time, the pieces were all in situ and ready to 'dress' (accessorise). But I am going to do that tomorrow when I feel a bit more inspired.

So what do you think of the white painted range now that you have had a sneaky preview?!!
